We have a lot of staff members who have been here for 10, 15, 20 years, and that goes a long way to giving patients confidence that we’re going to be here for them and care for them in the best way possible.

The moment you walk in the door, it is just a warm place to come into. Everyone is so inviting and makes you feel just welcome. It is definitely a family place that you feel that you can trust the services that you’re provided, and you know that you’re going to get an amazing service from everyone in the office. You know that you can trust the service that they provide, just the environment, the perfectionism. They listen, and the quality of care is just, it’s outstanding.

I’ve never had a scheduling hiccup. I’ve never had a communication problem with staff here. I’ve never even had an awkward exchange. You know what I’m saying? Everybody’s just been really nice, pleasant, and it always feels like there’s a little bit of time to ask you how your day is going. And when you come as a patient, you feel like you’re in really great hands. But then the first session or two I came here, I knew I was in really great hands by the whole staff.

We love coming here. My whole family comes here. I got started with Dr. Vick a long time ago, and he’s just very personable. But I would say probably what really made an impression on me was that I have a very low tolerance for pain, and he’s always made me feel really comfortable about that. I needed a crown done, and I was really impressed that Dr. Vick could do the crown in the office, and I didn’t have to be bothered with a temporary crown. He seems like he’s just always on the cutting edge.
