The best treatment and care possible
Nathan Vick: The way that we set ourselves apart as a dental practice is, first of all, I think we’ve really built a caring and experienced staff that prepares patients and provides them with the best experience possible. In addition to that, I think we stay up with the latest technology to be able to provide patients with, again, the best treatment possible in a caring, relaxing atmosphere. Our practice philosophy is we always try to place the patient first, whether it be from maybe a financial decision or a financial arrangement that they have to make. We try to make sure they’re the focus. We try to provide them with the information that they need to be able to make decisions on their behalf and then help them through that. I really hope patients, when they come in, they recognize how much we care about them and how much we’re placing them first.
I think our staff does a great job of doing that, of placing the patient first, making them comfortable, and really providing them with the best treatment that we can and the best care that we can. I know it sometimes can be hard if you haven’t been to a dentist office in a while to get back in the routine of coming in, especially if you feel like there’s maybe going to be some judgment in the fact that you haven’t been into an office in a while. But we try our best here to let you know that first of all, there won’t be any judgment at all. We try to put patients in a relaxed atmosphere where they know they’ll be cared for in the best possible way.
