His work ethic led him to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, one of the top dental schools in the country. Dr. Melanie Lafon received her DDS degree from the University of California, San Francisco, then completed a one-year general practice residency at Queen’s Hospital in Honolulu. Dr. Vick has taken care of our entire family for many years. I recently had a new filling put in, to replace an old one that had decayed leaving a gap in my back teeth. Dr. Vick did a fabulous job, with the new filling, unlike the old silver one, I can’t even tell there is a filling. And within a day, it is perfect, there is no high spots or anything. It’s like the teeth I was born with, it’s amazing. I also had teeth cleaning, earlier this week (I went back on a separate day for the filling) and his dental assistant did a great job. Everybody on is staff is super friendly and very professional.
