Amazing! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I hate going to the dentist but they made it an amazing experience!
I came in for a filling and a crown to be done both together at same appointment. Scheduling was quick and efficient. I can’t tell you what a great experience it was. I’ve had terrible experiences at two different dentists before and was so nervous but I was treated so kindly, and made to feel comfortable and relaxed and the new crown and filling are fantastic. She got my bite perfect (Dr Lafon). No pain or any discomfort afterwards. I’ve seen both Dr Vick and now Dr Lafon and the are both amazing. Special thanks to the dental assistant and the staff, particularly Mary for her kindness. I walked out feeling great, and truly happy with such a smooth morning. Thanks for making this a great experience for me

A same-day crown earns its name because every step, from digital imaging to final placement, happens during one dental visit. Computer-guided CEREC equipment carves the restoration from a solid ceramic block right in the office. No outside lab or return trip is required.
Most same-day crown appointments are finished within two to three hours. That window covers numbing and shaping the tooth, capturing a 3-D digital model, creating the restoration, and cementing the finished crown securely onto your tooth.
A same-day crown offers excellent longevity, often serving patients well for a decade or more. The milled ceramic resists everyday chewing forces much like a lab-fabricated version, and good oral hygiene habits help extend its lifespan even further.
Most people will never notice a same-day crown. The ceramic shade is selected to match your neighboring teeth, and the software maps the shape of your bite so the finished restoration blends in as if it grew there naturally.
A same-day crown needs the same attention as your natural teeth. Brush morning and night, clean between teeth daily, and keep up with professional checkups. Steering clear of habits like crunching ice or opening packages with your teeth will help protect your investment.
CEREC technology is a computer-aided system that lets a dentist design and mill a ceramic crown in the office. A small camera scans your prepared tooth to create a 3-D model. Software then plans the crown’s shape and bite. A milling unit carves the crown from a solid ceramic block in about 15 minutes.
