Born in Fresno, Dr. Nathan E. Vick learned the value of hard work by working during the summers on his father’s farm. His work ethic led him to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, one of the top dental schools in the country. Since his graduation, he continues to pursue many ongoing education opportunities.

Dr. Melanie Lafon received her DDS degree from the University of California, San Francisco, then completed a one-year general practice residency at Queen’s Hospital in Honolulu. Following her taste of Hawaiian paradise, she returned to Central Valley, where she enjoys making patients feel comfortable and cared for like family.

I’ve been going to Dr. Stagis office for 25 years, and when Dr Vick took over I was a little worried, but after seeing and being treated by him all hesitation is gone. The man is wonderful he knows all the newest procedures, and explains everything to you so that you understand what to expect. Leslie, the hygienist I’ve also seen for 26 years and she’s great. I wouldn’t think of changing because of all the staff, alas Leslie is retiring and ill miss her. Jenny is my new hygienist and was awesome. I’d recommend Dr. Vicks office to everyone.
