Although we offer several flexible payment options at Nathan E. Vick DDS, Inc, you can also save on the cost of preventive care when you join our club. For a low monthly payment, you’ll get the routine dental care you need in the most affordable way possible. In addition, you’ll receive savings on other services like cosmetic and restorative care.

Adult Membership(13 and Older) $45.00/mo. (Save at least $141.20 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Fluoride treatment
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Perio Membership(Periodontal Disease) $55.00/mo. (Save at least $119.20 a year!)

Perio maintenance cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
$99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.

Dr. Vick has taken care of our entire family for many years. I recently had a new filling put in, to replace an old one that had decayed leaving a gap in my back teeth. Dr. Vick did a fabulous job, with the new filling, unlike the old silver one, I can’t even tell there is a filling. And within a day, it is perfect, there is no high spots or anything. It’s like the teeth I was born with, it’s amazing. I also had teeth cleaning, earlier this week (I went back on a separate day for the filling) and his dental assistant did a great job. Everybody on is staff is super friendly and very professional.
